Provides administrative and governance support to Brookings’ Board of Trustees, senior leadership, and Executive Office. Responsibilities include preparing agendas and minutes, managing board documents and portal publishing, scheduling meetings, maintaining trustee records and CRM data, supporting research and special projects, drafting correspondence, troubleshooting technology, and handling confidential information.

Leads individual giving strategy and fundraising at Brookings, managing two frontline fundraisers and a portfolio of up to 150 major gift prospects. Cultivates, solicits, and stewards six-figure and larger individual gifts, particularly unrestricted and cross-programmatic support. Partners with senior leaders, scholars, and development colleagues to build donor pipelines, execute fundraising plans, meet revenue goals, and develop team performance. Coaches staff and strengthens donor engagement and stewardship strategies.

Supports Brookings’ enterprise applications ecosystem through hands-on systems analysis, integrations, automation, reporting, dashboards, testing, troubleshooting, governance, and solution design. The role translates business requirements into scalable technology solutions across platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Concur. Responsibilities include developing API integrations, documenting data flows, supporting roadmaps and governance processes, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams.

Manages research and policy projects for Brookings’ Workforce of the Future initiative while conducting quantitative analysis on workforce, industrial policy, immigration, and economic development. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, event support, policy research, data analysis, visualization, drafting reports and briefs, communications, and public engagement. The role works closely with senior researchers and policymakers and requires strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Drives foundation, government, and institutional fundraising for Brookings programs. Manages donor portfolios, develops cultivation and solicitation strategies, drafts proposals and concept notes, negotiates agreements, supports scholar-donor engagement, plans donor meetings, and stewards relationships. Tracks fundraising performance, maintains donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT, ensures compliance with policies and donor guidelines, and collaborates across development, finance, grants, communications, and legal teams.

Manages financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, grant and project finances for Brookings’ Economic Studies portfolio. Produces financial reports, oversees funding allocations, supports proposal budgets, reviews transactions, monitors expenditures, and provides decision support to program leaders. The role also ensures financial controls, grant compliance, data integrity, and coordination across Finance, Development, Legal, Human Resources, and research teams.

Supports earned media efforts by coordinating journalist engagements, monitoring media coverage, maintaining media databases and records, drafting communications materials, and preparing reports. Provides copy-editing, research, dashboard, workflow, administrative, and operational support for media relations and communications initiatives. Collaborates with scholars and communications staff to improve expert visibility, respond to media inquiries, and track outreach impact.
