Conducts policy-relevant economic research and data analysis for The Hamilton Project. Responsibilities include analyzing data in Excel, Stata, or R; creating charts, figures, dashboards, and data interactives; co-authoring research products; researching policy topics; coordinating commissioned papers; tracking deadlines; consolidating feedback; and supporting quality control and communications deliverables.

Provides governance, administrative, research, and meeting support to Brookings’ Board of Trustees, Executive Office, and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing agendas and minutes, managing BoardEffect documents and records, coordinating meetings, maintaining Trustee data, supporting orientations, conducting research, drafting correspondence, handling confidential information, and assisting with special projects. The role requires strong organization, proofreading, communication, discretion, and comfort working with high-profile individuals.

Conduct policy-relevant economic research, analyze data using Excel, Stata, or R, create charts and dashboards, co-author research products, and present findings in writing and visually. The role supports economic policy research across topics including labor markets, taxation, social insurance, education, healthcare, and economic growth.
