Assists the General Manager with daily operations of a high-volume Wendy’s restaurant in a travel center. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, guest service, brand-standard execution, financial performance, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role requires active leadership, multitasking, communication, and team motivation during peak periods.

Lead multiple commercial construction projects from planning and bidding through completion and opening. Manage schedules, budgets, critical paths, subcontractor bidding, contracts, vendors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, documentation, and project closeout. Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, operations, designers, officials, and leadership while monitoring financial performance, risks, timelines, and quality. Ensure accountability, effective communication, and successful project delivery.

Perform rounds to keep public areas and guest rooms clean and orderly, assist housekeeping with heavy lifting and priority requests, report lost/found and damage, transport guests, run supplies, polish furniture, and provide courteous guest service.

Supervise front desk operations, lead and train front desk staff, ensure excellent guest service and brand standards, manage shifts/scheduling (including nights, weekends, holidays), assist with check-ins/check-outs and reservations, recruit and develop hospitality team members, and support daily hotel operations.
