Serves as the above-store brand representative for one to three QSR brands across multiple travel center locations. Responsibilities include brand standards, team training, evaluations, corrective action plans, product and limited-time-offer launches, marketing initiatives, new store openings, task force support, and field coaching. The role requires regular travel, strong organization, communication, relationship building, and the ability to manage multiple brands, locations, projects, and operational priorities.
