Oversee spa operations and staff, manage scheduling, inventory, procurement, revenue, equipment maintenance, training, guest satisfaction, and enforce procedures. Support Spa Director as needed.

Greet and assist residents and guests, handle and deliver packages and luggage to units, and provide valet parking services. Maintain professional, courteous communication and meet physical requirements for lifting and moving items.

Assist the store manager in creating a positive, efficient guest experience by training and supervising sales associates/baristas, enforcing safe practices, improving product knowledge, supporting inventory management and ordering, and acting as manager on duty when needed.
