Supports confidential staff relations activities, including tracking information, coordinating meetings and investigations, maintaining HR databases, applying policies, recommending disciplinary actions, and assisting with unemployment compensation, EAP, exit interviews, training, and HRIS support. Requires discretion, accuracy, organization, communication skills, and knowledge of HR practices.

College summer workers and interns are sought for guest relations, children’s activities, pool and beach service, food and beverage, and culinary roles. Responsibilities include guest engagement, camp supervision, safety, service and sales support, food service, and cooking in restaurant or banquet operations. Applicants must be rising college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduating seniors. Housing is not provided, though relocation guidance is available.

Prepares financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and bank reconciliations; maintains the general ledger; reviews accounts payable disbursements; supports external audits; contributes to state and local tax filings; monitors accounting standards; and uses accounting technology to ensure accurate financial reporting.
