Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer to orientation, ensure compliance (e-Verify, background/MVR/credit checks), run data entry, conduct mini- and second-language orientations, compile payroll reports, and support Employment & Recruiting as needed.

A 13-month rotational management training program through call center, front desk/concierge, and management phases to develop guest service, revenue management, operational excellence, and shift leadership skills, preparing participants for supervisory or management roles.

Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests: warmly greet, deliver packages and luggage to units, provide valet parking and vehicle assistance, and communicate professionally. Must hold a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to lift and carry items.
