Supports seasonal camp operations, including welcoming families, check-in assistance, cabin preparation, inventory tracking, activity-space setup, meal service, dishwashing, cleaning, facility restoration, and adherence to safety protocols. Provides customer service and logistical support to members, families, and staff while maintaining organized, sanitary, and welcoming camp spaces.

Teach studio art to boys ages 6–12 through demonstrations, practice, and lessons using fine-art techniques and materials. Plan curricula, assess student progress, manage classroom behavior, enforce safety practices, and complete program reports. The role also includes setup, cleanup, transportation assistance, materials management, and collaboration on curriculum improvements. Experience in youth development, education, or afterschool programming is expected, with computer graphics and design software experience preferred.

Coordinates clubhouse operations during program hours by supervising Operations Assistants, managing schedules and assignments, allocating staff coverage, monitoring member safety and engagement, maintaining attendance and evaluation records, conducting tours, overseeing program areas and materials, and supporting the training and evaluation of seasonal staff and volunteers.
