Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 3–8 clients, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, expense categorization, payroll processing, financial reporting, record maintenance, and tax-season coordination with CPAs. Communicate directly with clients, resolve discrepancies, provide business-performance insights, manage deadlines, and independently solve open-ended problems using QuickBooks Online and related accounting tools.

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients, including content calendars, platform-specific content, short-form videos, carousels, stories, graphic design, editing, and audience-tailored messaging. Manage multiple client priorities, meet 1–2 day turnaround expectations, adapt to changing needs, use web-based applications and AI tools, and work independently in a fully remote environment.

Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and tailored content across platforms for multiple clients. Create graphic designs, short-form videos, carousels, and stories aligned with client branding. Craft audience-specific messages, manage deadlines and priorities, solve open-ended problems, and learn web-based and AI tools independently. The role is fully remote, supports 2–5 ongoing clients, and requires weekday availability with rapid project turnaround.
