Create branded marketing materials, listing collateral, digital ads, presentations, signage, graphics, animations, and video content. Manage website and social media updates, schedule content, support photography and videography, maintain brand consistency, organize digital assets, and promote listings, events, recruiting campaigns, and company initiatives. Collaborate with agents and leadership while using creative and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and engagement.

Engage with prospective and past real estate clients through calls, texts, and emails; manage CRM records and sales pipelines; match clients with outside sales agents; maintain customer relationships; and support sales strategy and team goals. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring evening and weekend availability and a valid Maryland and/or Virginia real estate license.

Coordinate the preparation, setup, and management of real estate listings. Maintain MLS, website, and internal property information; upload photos, videos, floor plans, and documents; verify accuracy; support agents with real estate systems; prepare marketing materials; and assist with administrative projects.
