Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure, including servers, Exchange, operating systems, backups, patching, virtualization, security, and user access. Monitor server performance, troubleshoot hardware and software, document configurations, install standardized hardware, and support enterprise data integrity. Coordinate with vendors and assist leadership with IT projects. Provide end-user and leadership support while participating in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and working onsite at least three days weekly.

Provides physical security, emergency response, access control, safety monitoring, and guest assistance across the Biltmore Estate. Responds to incidents, supports staff and vendors, protects restricted areas and company assets, and upholds security procedures in a hospitality environment. The role requires strong communication, judgment, situational awareness, physical stamina, outdoor work in varied weather, and the ability to assist guests and employees as needed.

Provides gate security, access control, traffic and crowd monitoring, emergency response, guest assistance, security screening, and incident reporting at Biltmore Estate. The role requires professional guest service, judgment, communication, familiarity with safety protocols, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors around heavy traffic and crowds. Reserve officers work up to 20 hours weekly, with weekend and evening availability required.

Oversee daily front office operations (Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, Valet, Bellman), manage staff hiring/training/scheduling, ensure Forbes/AAA service standards, handle guest feedback and audits, manage financials/inventory/upsell programs, participate in Manager on Duty duties, and maintain service quality and continuous improvement.

Produce, install, maintain, and clean signage across the estate: design to spec, operate large-format printers and CNC equipment, manage materials and vendor invoices, process work orders, assist events, and follow safety SOPs.

Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs at the Inn, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, preventative maintenance, inventory control, work order completion, and guest-facing service. Assist the Engineering team, follow safety and chemical handling procedures, read drawings, operate tools and lifts, and support special projects and daily engineering operations.

Lead and prepare trail rides while caring for horses: feeding, grooming, tack maintenance, trail inspection, emergency response, and guest interaction. Perform barn and trail maintenance and assist vets/farriers.

Support e-commerce sales by entering phone and shop orders, liaising with fulfillment teams, maintaining order status, assisting with inventory requests, and ensuring timely packing/shipping while providing world-class guest service and general retail support.

Partners with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and design, configure, integrate, and support business systems. Leads cross-functional technology projects, testing, change management, vendor coordination, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, system administration, and roadmap planning. Provides operational and on-call support while improving system performance, data quality, scalability, and guest experience.

Perform overnight maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance for the Inn including plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical and HVAC work. Maintain supplies, tools, pool and public areas, respond to guest requests, follow safety and chemical handling procedures, and assist engineering leadership on projects and priorities.
