Lead brand and digital commerce to scale a luxury jewelry business. Translate design vision into cohesive brand expression, drive awareness and demand, optimize e-commerce and UX, manage KPIs and revenue, run events and retail activations, and ensure operational rigor across product development, production, inventory, and fulfillment.

Oversee daily front office operations (Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, Valet, Bellman), manage staff hiring/training/scheduling, ensure Forbes/AAA service standards, handle guest feedback and audits, manage financials/inventory/upsell programs, participate in Manager on Duty duties, and maintain service quality and continuous improvement.

Provide daily feeding, watering, stall cleaning, turnout, basic health checks, and barn maintenance for boarded horses. Assist with pasture and trail upkeep, event setup/tear-down, fence repair, mowing, and guest interactions. Perform routine equipment and facility cleaning and follow SOPs to ensure horse safety and welfare.

Produce, install, maintain, and clean signage across the estate: design to spec, operate large-format printers and CNC equipment, manage materials and vendor invoices, process work orders, assist events, and follow safety SOPs.

Provide daily care and health management for goats and chickens, perform breeding and preventative treatments, maintain barns, fences, pastures and equipment, operate farm vehicles and tools, implement rotational grazing, and deliver guest-facing interpretation. Must lift heavy loads, work outdoors in all weather, and supervise Farmyard Assistant staff.

Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs at the Inn, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, preventative maintenance, inventory control, work order completion, and guest-facing service. Assist the Engineering team, follow safety and chemical handling procedures, read drawings, operate tools and lifts, and support special projects and daily engineering operations.

Lead and prepare trail rides while caring for horses: feeding, grooming, tack maintenance, trail inspection, emergency response, and guest interaction. Perform barn and trail maintenance and assist vets/farriers.

Support e-commerce sales by entering phone and shop orders, liaising with fulfillment teams, maintaining order status, assisting with inventory requests, and ensuring timely packing/shipping while providing world-class guest service and general retail support.

Partners with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and design, configure, integrate, and support business systems. Leads cross-functional technology projects, testing, change management, vendor coordination, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, system administration, and roadmap planning. Provides operational and on-call support while improving system performance, data quality, scalability, and guest experience.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, support and configure business systems, analyze processes, run tests, create reports, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and provide end-user training and on-call support to improve system reliability and data quality.

Perform overnight maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance for the Inn including plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical and HVAC work. Maintain supplies, tools, pool and public areas, respond to guest requests, follow safety and chemical handling procedures, and assist engineering leadership on projects and priorities.

Manage group rate activation, rooming list entry, charge routing, and reporting to support group bookings. Serve as backup to Group Rooms Manager, coordinate with sales and operations, maintain Stay Biltmore and Excel data, and support revenue management and guest service goals.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Equestrian Center: guest reception, bookings and sales, invoicing and payment processing, records and calendar management (vet/farrier), POS and website updates, vendor coordination, inventory control, and cross-department communication and projects.
