Teams at The Biltmore Company

Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure, including servers, Exchange, operating systems, backups, patching, virtualization, security, and user access. Monitor server performance, troubleshoot hardware and software, document configurations, install standardized hardware, and support enterprise data integrity. Coordinate with vendors and assist leadership with IT projects. Provide end-user and leadership support while participating in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and working onsite at least three days weekly.

Provides guest-focused security, emergency response, access control, incident monitoring, and safety support across the Biltmore Estate. Assists guests, employees, vendors, leadership, and security operations while enforcing policies and responding to emergencies. The role requires variable scheduling, weekend and holiday availability, physical stamina, strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather.

Provides physical security, emergency response, access control, safety monitoring, and guest assistance across the Biltmore Estate. Responds to incidents, supports staff and vendors, protects restricted areas and company assets, and upholds security procedures in a hospitality environment. The role requires strong communication, judgment, situational awareness, physical stamina, outdoor work in varied weather, and the ability to assist guests and employees as needed.
