Lead brand and digital commerce to scale a luxury jewelry business. Translate design vision into cohesive brand expression, drive awareness and demand, optimize e-commerce and UX, manage KPIs and revenue, run events and retail activations, and ensure operational rigor across product development, production, inventory, and fulfillment.

Oversee daily front office operations (Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, Valet, Bellman), manage staff hiring/training/scheduling, ensure Forbes/AAA service standards, handle guest feedback and audits, manage financials/inventory/upsell programs, participate in Manager on Duty duties, and maintain service quality and continuous improvement.

Provide daily feeding, watering, stall cleaning, turnout, basic health checks, and barn maintenance for boarded horses. Assist with pasture and trail upkeep, event setup/tear-down, fence repair, mowing, and guest interactions. Perform routine equipment and facility cleaning and follow SOPs to ensure horse safety and welfare.
