Plan, coordinate, and monitor drywall and steel stud framing construction activities. Support preconstruction/estimating, lead preconstruction meetings, manage resources, change orders, WIP/billing, and client communications to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and financial targets.

Manage and implement jobsite safety programs, conduct audits/inspections and incident investigations, deliver safety training, maintain safety equipment and records, liaise with field staff and general contractors, and support corporate risk control and insurance activities.

Manage drywall, steel stud framing, and IMP installation projects across the Southeast. Lead preconstruction, estimating, job walks, change order management, resource and financial oversight, client coordination, and final closeout to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals.

Oversee financial and operational success of construction projects from initiation to completion: manage budgets, billing, collections, resource allocation, vendor relationships, risk mitigation, performance metrics, and mentor operational teams. Collaborate with Finance and Executive leadership, lead pre-bid reviews and project planning, participate in recruitment, and execute project recovery as needed. Frequent travel for site visits.

Manage project accounting tasks including cost/billing tracking, monthly progress billings, variance analysis, change order follow-up, reconciliations, deposit and collections, lien documentation, and support for audits, AP, and sales tax reporting to ensure accurate project profitability.

Lead multiple project management teams to deliver profitable interior/exterior framing and finishes projects. Oversee budgets, forecasting, billing, WIP, and financial closeout; drive preconstruction, estimating, client relationships, and business development. Hire, coach, and develop teams while supporting strategic planning, process improvement, and operational execution across regional markets.
