Supports the HR team with field hiring initiatives, candidate background checks, employment verifications, E-Verify, I-9 audits, onboarding-related tasks, employee file maintenance, HRIS updates, unemployment claims, benefit audits, and wage verifications. The intern helps coordinate hiring speed and ensures compliance with required candidate and employee notices.

Manage commercial drywall and steel stud framing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include estimating, contract and scope review, preconstruction meetings, jobsite walks, resource and financial management, change orders, billing, risk identification, client coordination, and final payment collection. The role requires construction document expertise, project management experience, regular site visits, and up to 20% travel within the designated market.

Coordinates construction projects from preconstruction through closeout by maintaining project documents, schedules, purchase orders, change orders, field reports, cost coding, insurance certificates, RFIs, and closeout materials. Supports project managers, estimating, accounting, field teams, clients, and internal departments. Conducts site visits, organizes project meetings, manages software records, assists with office administration, and supports customer service, strategic initiatives, and team collaboration.

Provides single-site safety supervision for 40–50 field employees. Responsibilities include managing hazardous conditions, conducting safety communications and training, enforcing safety practices, reporting job-site visits, maintaining first-aid supplies, and investigating accidents and near misses. The coordinator also works with general contractors, supports employee orientation, and promotes a positive safety culture while maintaining OSHA and DOT compliance.

Manage project accounting tasks including cost/billing tracking, monthly progress billings, variance analysis, change order follow-up, reconciliations, deposit and collections, lien documentation, and support for audits, AP, and sales tax reporting to ensure accurate project profitability.

Manage and implement jobsite safety programs, conduct audits/inspections and incident investigations, deliver safety training, maintain safety equipment and records, liaise with field staff and general contractors, and support corporate risk control and insurance activities.

Lead multiple project management teams to deliver profitable interior/exterior framing and finishes projects. Oversee budgets, forecasting, billing, WIP, and financial closeout; drive preconstruction, estimating, client relationships, and business development. Hire, coach, and develop teams while supporting strategic planning, process improvement, and operational execution across regional markets.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor drywall and steel stud framing construction activities. Support preconstruction/estimating, lead preconstruction meetings, manage resources, change orders, WIP/billing, and client communications to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and financial targets.
