Supports daily health club operations across cleanliness, member services, reception, fitness areas, pool hospitality, and events. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, booking services, processing payments, maintaining facilities and supplies, monitoring fitness equipment and safety, supporting membership leads, and assisting across departments. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong customer service, teamwork, communication, and occasional travel between properties.

Plans and executes birthday parties and events, manages check-in and customer experiences, and develops relationships with families. Hires, trains, schedules, evaluates, and manages Party Hosts. Handles program administration, payroll, revenue goals, financial reporting, equipment planning, facility software, and policy communication. Requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability, strong customer service, conflict-resolution skills, computer literacy, and CPR certification.
