Provide front-line member service by greeting and checking in members/guests, booking appointments, processing payments, and supporting reception, cafe, pool, parking, and cleanliness duties. Maintain facility cleanliness and stock, assist with laundry, follow safety and food handling rules, and participate in trainings and events. Flexible schedule with required certifications (CPR; food/beverage certifications if applicable).

Welcome and check in spa guests, book appointments, operate the front desk and cash register, process payments, maintain a clean and stocked reception/relaxation area, assist with laundry, communicate guest leads to membership sales, and participate in meetings and trainings. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Provide excellent member and guest service across club areas (reception, cafe, pool, parking), handle cash and POS transactions, maintain cleanliness and inventory, assist with bookings and event support, and participate in trainings and meetings.
