Lead system analysis and QA for Agile projects by designing and executing manual and automated test strategies, managing regression suites, tracking defects in Azure DevOps, supporting automation frameworks, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: vendor onboarding, invoice coding and processing, payments (ACH/wire/check/card), reconciliations, month-/year-end support, 1099 preparation, vendor inquiries, and process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Manage 1-3 state battery stewardship programs to ensure compliance with EPR laws. Build stakeholder relationships, set and track performance metrics, oversee reporting and outreach, supervise a State Program Coordinator, and lead program improvements and special projects to meet collection, budget, and regulatory goals.

Support day-to-day operations for 1-3 state stewardship programs, onboard and manage collection site relationships, track performance metrics and compliance, maintain customer records, coordinate outreach and site visits, collaborate with internal teams, and support conference attendance and continuous program improvement.

Coordinate end-to-end shipment logistics and inventory tracking, liaise with freight brokers and vendors, maintain ERP and operational data, ensure DOT/ISO compliance and audit readiness, resolve data discrepancies, support vendor onboarding and on-site process improvements, and produce dashboards and reports to monitor performance and regulatory requirements.
