Design, build, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions including Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Automate, integrations with Business Central and external systems. Develop custom extensibility (C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript, PCF), implement portal UX/security, enable ALM and deployment practices, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintainable, scalable customer-facing applications.

Manage 1-3 state battery stewardship programs to ensure compliance with EPR laws. Build stakeholder relationships, set and track performance metrics, oversee reporting and outreach, supervise a State Program Coordinator, and lead program improvements and special projects to meet collection, budget, and regulatory goals.

Lead system analysis and QA for Agile projects by designing and executing manual and automated test strategies, managing regression suites, tracking defects in Azure DevOps, supporting automation frameworks, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: vendor onboarding, invoice coding and processing, payments (ACH/wire/check/card), reconciliations, month-/year-end support, 1099 preparation, vendor inquiries, and process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
