Develops and supports secure full-stack applications and integrations across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, and Azure. Responsibilities include building C#/.NET APIs and services, creating React-based web experiences, implementing authentication and cloud security, troubleshooting production systems, and managing CI/CD through GitHub or Azure DevOps. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable solutions, resolve defects, and improve platform reliability.

Supports battery recycling stewardship campaigns, consumer education, state program rollouts, partner communications, events, and outreach initiatives. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, marketing materials, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Tracks campaign performance, website traffic, email engagement, QR scans, and outreach data, preparing reports and campaign recaps. Maintains marketing assets and calendars while ensuring accurate, compliant, brand-aligned communications across multiple channels and states.
