Provides first-level remote technical support for hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, user accounts, and access management. Installs and maintains devices, monitors ticket requests, supports onboarding, documents solutions, assists with deployments and upgrades, and helps maintain secure technology systems. The role also improves support processes, delivers user training, and provides responsive customer service to employees.

Coordinate 1–3 state battery stewardship programs, serving as the primary contact for collection sites and supporting onboarding, outreach, customer records, performance tracking, dashboards, and regulatory goals. Collaborate with leadership, Customer Success, contractors, and partners to resolve requests, improve collection performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Attend customer visits, trainings, meetings, and regional recycling conferences while supporting sustainability and recycling initiatives.

Manage 1-3 state battery stewardship programs to ensure compliance with EPR laws. Build stakeholder relationships, set and track performance metrics, oversee reporting and outreach, supervise a State Program Coordinator, and lead program improvements and special projects to meet collection, budget, and regulatory goals.
