Manages customer and employee communications across websites, email campaigns, intranets, newsletters, and digital channels. Maintains accurate, consistent, compliant content; coordinates website updates and marketing messaging; monitors campaign and website analytics; and provides communication performance insights. Collaborates with marketing, operations, leadership, and external vendors to support product launches, organizational announcements, employee engagement, customer education, and regulatory alignment.

Supervise branch teller and new account operations while supporting the Branch Manager. Provide backup to tellers, assist with balancing and discrepancy resolution, manage wires and cashier’s check approvals, count teller drawers, oversee customer service, and open and close the branch. The role requires dependable customer-facing communication, adherence to policies, basic mathematical ability, and one to three years of related experience.
