Oversee hotel engineering, maintenance, and building operations, including preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety systems, emergency response, vendor management, budgets, capital planning, compliance, and guest-related maintenance concerns. Lead and develop the engineering team, maintain documentation and work-order systems, coordinate contractors, and ensure property systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Welcomes hotel guests, assists with luggage, escorts guests to rooms, explains amenities and local attractions, answers inquiries, supports valet parking, and maintains an organized lobby and baggage area. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift heavy luggage, a positive demeanor, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Assists the Front Office Manager with daily hotel front office operations, including guest check-in and checkout, complaint resolution, staff supervision and scheduling, policy compliance, revenue management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and inventory control. The role focuses on maintaining guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue performance while supporting front office team development.

Provides guest-facing spa reception and administrative support, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, promoting spa products, processing retail sales, maintaining records and inventory, preparing reports, and resolving guest concerns. Coordinates with therapists to support timely service delivery and assists with spa cleanliness and maintenance.

Lead and supervise front desk operations to ensure excellent guest experiences. Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management; manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, cash/POS handling, and coordination with other departments; resolve guest issues and improve operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with hotel policies.

Set up, service, and breakdown of banquet and catering events: arrange tables/chairs/linens, assist with food and beverage transport and service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and adapt to changing schedules.
