Provides service desk and desktop support for corporate and community users. Troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, networks, peripherals, conference room technology, and endpoint security solutions. Manages budgeting and forecasting for assigned regions, including forecast close, variance analysis, assumption reviews, expense allocations, financial modeling, and planning outputs. Leads budget packages, dashboards, training, and process guidance while ensuring planning standards and data accuracy. Supervises and develops staff, assigns work, manages performance, evaluates staffing needs, and partners with Regional Finance and Community Resources to resolve issues and improve planning processes.

Respond to fire alarms and apartment emergency calls while providing hospitality-minded service to residents. The role is available full-time on overnight shifts or part-time weekend evenings at a not-for-profit retirement community.

Provides high-quality resident care, supervises and supports nursing staff, and promotes resident well-being in a senior living community. The part-time day shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates must hold an RN license in Arizona or a compact state, CPR certification, and Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance. Requires a Florida LPN license, strong clinical judgment, and collaborative communication skills. Senior care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred.

The Nurse Infection Preventionist collects and analyzes infection data, maintains infection control and antibiotic stewardship practices, reports infections, and develops ongoing nursing education programs. The role supports residents, families, and staff in a skilled nursing environment while responding to emergencies and maintaining compliance with facility policies. Responsibilities require frequent resident mobility assistance, infection exposure precautions, and collaboration with the nursing team.

Provides scheduled and urgent nursing assessments for elderly residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities include wound care and other nursing procedures, building supportive resident relationships, and educating caregiving staff and CNAs. The role requires an active Texas LVN license and BLS certification and is hired on a PRN basis, with night-shift availability referenced.
