Provides service desk and desktop support for corporate and community users. Troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, networks, peripherals, conference room technology, and endpoint security solutions. Manages tickets, documentation, access administration, user training, incident escalation, and support processes. Participates in on-call and technology support rotations, assists with technical projects, and identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Provides direct nursing care to senior residents during evening and overnight shifts. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, narcotics control, reporting condition changes, family and physician communication, supply replenishment, meal monitoring, and supervising resident assistants. Requires a valid North Carolina or compact-state RN or LPN license, at least three months of experience, nursing knowledge, sound judgment, and strong communication and supervisory skills.

Serves meals to senior living residents, buses and washes dishes, maintains sanitation and grooming standards, retrieves meal supplies, follows dietary restrictions and physician orders, and participates in required training. The role supports evening dining service while providing courteous, hospitality-focused resident engagement. Food service experience and experience working with seniors are preferred; completion of sophomore year in high school is required.
