Provides confidential, comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and communications management, meeting coordination, travel, expenses, records, briefings, action tracking, and stakeholder liaison duties. Requires exceptional discretion, organization, judgment, communication, and the ability to manage sensitive information and shifting priorities in a government-contracting environment.

Provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including requisition setup, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer and LOI preparation, resume formatting, recruiting metrics, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintains recruiting systems, files, dashboards, presentations, and communications while coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, security, and other stakeholders. Requires strong organization, document control, confidentiality, communication, and independent problem-solving skills in a cleared government contracting environment.

Plans and coordinates surveillance support for geographically distributed training events. Leads surveillance teams, manages exercise control, scheduling, logistics, vendors, contractors, budgets, and customer coordination. Provides instruction in surveillance techniques, evaluates training effectiveness, mitigates risks, and improves program delivery while ensuring safety, continuity, and compliance with customer requirements.

Leads complex government programs, contracts, task orders, and strategic initiatives from proposal and award through execution and closeout. Manages customer relationships, staffing, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, compliance, deliverables, and performance. Oversees project staff, coordinates with internal teams and subcontractors, supports capture and proposal efforts, reviews contractual documents, provides executive briefings, and ensures compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements.

Support Naval Special Warfare Group One with Department of Defense budget planning, execution, financial analysis, spend plans, funding requests, budget exhibits, reporting, and leadership briefings. Monitor obligations and expenditures, identify trends and variances, ensure fiscal compliance, and provide recommendations. Coordinate with military, government, and contractor stakeholders while protecting sensitive information and maintaining accurate financial records.

Provides counterintelligence planning, advisory, analysis, risk mitigation, and mission support for sensitive operations. Briefs and mentors personnel, identifies threats and indicators, develops CI guidance, coordinates intelligence support across partners, assists with mission execution and post-mission assessments, and produces operational reporting. The role requires extensive Intelligence Community counterintelligence and counterespionage experience, technical risk knowledge, executive communication skills, a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and OCONUS travel.

Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams and leadership: maintain documentation, track milestones and budgets, prepare reports and meeting materials, support contract and proposal tasks, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure compliance with processes. Role requires SECRET clearance eligibility and collaboration with Recruiting, Finance, Security, and customers.

Coordinates Naval Special Warfare training pipelines, registrations, schedules, prerequisites, logistics, equipment readiness, vendor compliance, and training portals. Manages tactical ground mobility support, budgets, DTS travel orders, travel claims, GTCC records, and reporting across multiple commands. Maintains training databases, qualifications, lessons learned, and operational readiness records while coordinating with military commands, vendors, and government personnel. Requires extensive NSW/SOF experience, military training-system expertise, active Secret clearance, and vehicle operation eligibility.

Provide senior HUMINT reporting and collection-management expertise for ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells. Manage IIR/CCR processing, ensure compliance with MACOM/DIA guidance, maintain reporting metrics and data integrity, support collection strategy and target development, coordinate with interagency partners, and mentor junior analysts while producing actionable intelligence products.

Provide HUMINT case management and technical HUMINT oversight for SOF mission management cells. Support planning/execution of SA competencies, manage reporting and documentation, ensure policy compliance, track metrics, use intelligence tools to evaluate collection performance, coordinate with partners, and assist risk management and sensitive capability employment throughout operations.

Provide senior-level SOF and intelligence integration for sensitive activities: advise on mission management, develop and synchronize operational plans (CONOPs, EXORDs), integrate intelligence with operations, coordinate with IC partners, mentor and supervise analysts and planners, deliver actionable intelligence products, and maintain readiness to respond to emergent situations.

Provide senior HUMINT reporting and collection-management support for ARSOF SAMMCs. Manage IIR/CCR processes, ensure quality and compliance, maintain reporting metrics, leverage intelligence tools to assess collection, coordinate with interagency partners, and mentor junior analysts to deliver actionable intelligence for operational decision-making.

Provide HUMINT technical oversight and SA case management for SOF Sensitive Activities. Manage case documentation, review HUMINT reporting, ensure compliance with IC and DoD policies, maintain reporting metrics, support collection prioritization, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with Intelligence Community and Joint Force partners.

Provide SOF-sensitive activities and intelligence integration support for ARSOF and Theater SOCOM. Advise on mission management, develop CONOPs/assessments, synchronize intelligence with operational plans, supervise analysts/planners, coordinate with IC partners for information sharing and deconfliction, and support planning across Irregular Warfare, Information Operations, EW, cyberspace, and space operations. Maintain readiness to respond to emergent situations.

Develop mission-critical UAV/autonomy software in C/C++ and Python, delivering production code in an agile environment. Implement autonomous navigation and path planning (waypoints, geofencing, obstacle avoidance), sensor fusion (IMU, GPS, camera, LiDAR), and integrate flight stacks (BetaFlight, ArduPilot, PX4) with MAVLink and ground control systems. Build Qt/QML GUIs, troubleshoot TCP/IP communications, reverse-engineer complex codebases, use CAD, and fully build target software from source.

Manage all aspects of government proposal development: create and manage proposal volumes, assign team roles, enforce schedules, ensure compliance, edit and format proposal content, facilitate team communications, and support development of winning solutions for intelligence and special operations-focused opportunities.

Provide senior all-source intelligence analysis and fusion for deployed NSW forces. Produce tailored intelligence products, support operational planning (OPLAN/CONPLAN/CONOPS), review SOPs/tools, create training for junior analysts, and assist in standing up analytic workflows and mission support.

Lead and integrate tactical and strategic communications for SOF: design SATCOM/LOS/IP architectures, ensure DISA/DoD compliance, troubleshoot contested/deployed networks, develop SOPs, train forces, manage system integration and configuration, and advise leadership on modernization and interoperability.

Provide counterintelligence (CI) support for mission planning and operations: conduct CI vulnerability assessments, identify and mitigate CI risks, advise operational teams, coordinate with partners, produce CI reporting, and deliver CI training and guidance in sensitive, fast-paced environments.

Serve as an ASOT-trained or ASOT-familiar role player to support SOF-focused exercises near Virginia Beach on an episodic 1099 basis (roughly twice yearly). Must hold an active SECRET clearance and be available for local exercise support.
