Serve as an ASOT-trained or ASOT-familiar role player to support SOF-focused exercises near Virginia Beach on an episodic 1099 basis (roughly twice yearly). Must hold an active SECRET clearance and be available for local exercise support.

Plan, integrate, and protect Special Technical Operations and Special Access Programs across joint, interagency, and intelligence partners. Coordinate STO/SAP activities into operational plans and CONOPs, manage review/approval processes, ensure compliance with classified material handling, and synchronize information-related capabilities including cyber and electronic warfare into campaign and fires planning.

Plan, integrate, and synchronize offensive and defensive cyberspace operations with Joint, Interagency, and Coalition partners. Conduct mission analysis using JOPP/MDMP, assess adversary cyber capabilities, coordinate with JCCs/CPTs, and produce operational plans, briefings, and decision support for senior leadership in the information environment.

Develop and integrate military deception (MILDEC) objectives, narratives, and CONOPs aligned with commander intent. Analyze adversary decision processes and collections to craft sensor-verifiable deception, coordinate effects with OPSEC, MISO, Cyber, and EW, synchronize plans with real operations and J2, monitor adversary behavior using intelligence and MOP/MOE, and liaise with CCMD staff, subordinate units, and partners to support OIE campaign objectives.

Develop and execute long-range, theater-level Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) plans aligned with joint doctrine and national strategies. Integrate information-related capabilities, conduct PMESII-PT/DIMEFIL assessments, draft annexes and briefings, define MOPs/MOEs, advise senior leaders, and coordinate with joint, interagency, and coalition partners.

Provide logistics, supply chain, and sustainment support for Uncrewed Systems: manage inventory, procure spare parts, coordinate transportation, ensure compliance, and produce inventory and shipping reports.

Plan, synchronize, and execute logistics support for sensitive SOF and joint operations, coordinating air/ground/maritime movements, analyzing mission requirements, developing logistics plans, mitigating risks, tracking movements, and advising leadership and interagency partners to ensure secure, compliant sustainment and personnel/equipment movement.

Integrate and synchronize lethal and non-lethal effects (fires, MISO/PSYOP, MILDEC, cyber, EMSO, space, PA) across planning and operations. Advise targeting, develop audience analysis and influence campaigns, support Annex D/M development, assess campaign effectiveness (CA/MOE), coordinate with IC/interagency/coalition partners, brief senior leaders, and ensure doctrinal and authority alignment across joint components.

Develop mission-critical UAV/autonomy software in C/C++ and Python, delivering production code in an agile environment. Implement autonomous navigation and path planning (waypoints, geofencing, obstacle avoidance), sensor fusion (IMU, GPS, camera, LiDAR), and integrate flight stacks (BetaFlight, ArduPilot, PX4) with MAVLink and ground control systems. Build Qt/QML GUIs, troubleshoot TCP/IP communications, reverse-engineer complex codebases, use CAD, and fully build target software from source.
