Lead integration of Information Forces into strategic and operational planning across the information environment. Advise command staff, develop OIE campaign plans and assessments, coordinate interagency and international partners, and mentor OIE personnel while ensuring alignment with doctrine, policy, and operational objectives.

Support logistics and sustainment for Uncrewed Systems: manage inventory, procure parts, coordinate transportation and hazardous materials shipments, perform compliance reviews, plan maintenance, and produce inventory and logistics performance reports and shipping documentation.

Provide senior all-source intelligence analysis and fusion for deployed NSW forces. Produce tailored intelligence products, support operational planning (OPLAN/CONPLAN/CONOPS), review SOPs/tools, create training for junior analysts, and assist in standing up analytic workflows and mission support.

Plan, synchronize, and execute logistics support for sensitive SOF and joint operations, coordinating air/ground/maritime movements, analyzing mission requirements, developing logistics plans, mitigating risks, tracking movements, and advising leadership and interagency partners to ensure secure, compliant sustainment and personnel/equipment movement.

Provide subject-matter expertise on regional political, cultural, socio-economic, and influence dynamics to inform planning, operations, and strategic communications. Participate in USCENTCOM, interagency, and coalition working groups; review and advise influence artifacts for cultural context and likely effectiveness. Deploys in support of US forces.

Plan, integrate, and protect Special Technical Operations and Special Access Programs across joint, interagency, and intelligence partners. Coordinate STO/SAP activities into operational plans and CONOPs, manage review/approval processes, ensure compliance with classified material handling, and synchronize information-related capabilities including cyber and electronic warfare into campaign and fires planning.

Design and integrate cyber, EW, and space capabilities into multi-domain training exercises for Naval Special Warfare. Create intelligence-driven scenarios and products, coordinate with DoD stakeholders, support IO planning and execution, track assets, script adversary behaviors, and capture exercise observations to improve realism and validate mission-essential tasks.

Support accounts payable/receivable and month-end close tasks, process invoices and expense reports, maintain financial reports, assist audits, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements while collaborating across finance and operations.

Provide advanced administrative, operational, and program coordination support for SOF/IC-focused missions. Lead process analysis and improvements, manage sensitive documents, oversee international travel and country clearances, develop administrative TTPs, and deploy OCONUS independently while ensuring compliance with DoD/NATO standards and security protocols.

Plan, synchronize, and assess Special Technical Operations (STO), Sensitive Activities, and SAP within campaign strategies. Manage RAP for STO/SAP CONOPs, advise J3 on JOPP/JOPES and mission analysis, develop IJSTO plans, coordinate across Joint Staff, Combatant Commands and IC, ensure compliance with STO handling regulations, and support OPT efforts including COA development, wargaming, and transition planning.

Provide desktop and device support for local and remote users, configure and maintain hardware/software, manage asset inventory and logistics, ensure CMMC-compliant security controls and incident response, document procedures, and coordinate with outsourced IT as needed.

Provide strategic and operational MISO/PSYOP planning and integration across joint, combined, and interagency operations in the USCENTCOM AOR. Develop CONOPs, synchronize targeting and IO activities, conduct planning sessions, assess effectiveness, brief senior leaders, coordinate with IC and partners, and integrate MISO into campaign and crisis planning.

Plan and integrate Information Operations effects across joint, combined, and interagency teams. Assess lethal and non-lethal IO activities, support targeting, design opinion research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and coordinate MISO/MILDEC/EW/OPSEC/cyberspace activities with military and IC partners to inform operational planning and assessments.

Integrate public affairs into Operations in the Information Environment by planning influence operations, developing messaging and narratives, coordinating with MISO/MILDEC/OPSEC/Cyber/CA, conducting media and foreign influence assessments, and producing PA estimates, talking points, and analysis to support joint and interagency operational planning.

Develop, coordinate, and execute military deception (MILDEC) plans; synchronize MILDEC with IO, CNO, EW, OPSEC, and MISO; advise USCENTCOM components; assess effectiveness using MOP/MOE; coordinate with counterintelligence; manage FOIA/MDR declassification actions and safeguard plans and orders.

Develop and execute long-range, theater-level Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) plans aligned with joint doctrine and national strategies. Integrate information-related capabilities, conduct PMESII-PT/DIMEFIL assessments, draft annexes and briefings, define MOPs/MOEs, advise senior leaders, and coordinate with joint, interagency, and coalition partners.

Provide expert translation, interpretation, and cultural analysis to support operations in the information environment. Translate foreign-language media and documents, conduct open-source collection and language-enabled research, support DOMEX and influence operations (MISO/PSYOP), monitor foreign media and disinformation, and collaborate with analysts and planners to inform messaging and adversary assessments.

Serve as an ASOT-trained or ASOT-familiar role player to support SOF-focused exercises near Virginia Beach on an episodic 1099 basis (roughly twice yearly). Must hold an active SECRET clearance and be available for local exercise support.

Integrate and synchronize lethal and non-lethal effects (fires, MISO/PSYOP, MILDEC, cyber, EMSO, space, PA) across planning and operations. Advise targeting, develop audience analysis and influence campaigns, support Annex D/M development, assess campaign effectiveness (CA/MOE), coordinate with IC/interagency/coalition partners, brief senior leaders, and ensure doctrinal and authority alignment across joint components.

Designs, coordinates, and executes joint-level exercises focused on the Operations in the Information Environment. Integrates information forces (MISO, MILDEC, cyber, EW, OPSEC, CA), manages JELC/JECG activities, develops MSELs and vignettes, ensures compliance with ROE/LOAC, coordinates with joint components and IC, and supports AARs and post-exercise reporting.
