The Senior Accountant manages full-cycle accounting for commercial and residential properties, monitors construction project costs, prepares financial statements and variance analysis, supports budgeting, audits, tax submissions, lease reviews, and revenue coordination. The role also coaches a junior analyst and contributes to process improvements and property operations reporting.

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, hiring-manager advising, recruitment-team supervision, candidate communications, and talent attraction initiatives across hospitality, construction, and property management businesses. Analyze recruitment metrics, develop policies and strategies, represent the organization at career events, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational staffing needs.

Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, cost allocations, working papers, financial reports, month-end close materials, budgets, and audit support. Partners with hospitality and real estate department leaders to resolve billing and payment issues and review financial results. Requires strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and Excel skills, plus a finance or accounting education and 2–3 years of related experience.
