Coordinates recruitment for Residential Department positions, including screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, referring qualified candidates, maintaining personnel files, verifying employment information, and ensuring documentation compliance. Organizes college recruitment activities, job fairs, and other applicant outreach. Conducts first-day orientations and supports additional Human Resources clerical and administrative functions.
