Coordinate and oversee industrial contract production: schedule workforce and contracts, perform material handling, prepare shipments, conduct quality assurance, document production for billing, monitor safety, and support individuals with developmental disabilities. Serve as backup to the Production Manager and help improve production efficiency.

Provide administrative management and billing support for self-direction program participants. Assist individuals in hiring, training, and managing staff; ensure payroll/HR processes, monitor plans and budgets, review documentation, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations including OPWDD.
