Respond to online and in-person inquiries about vehicle trade-ins and acquisitions, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, prepare acquisition offers with management guidance, and build customer relationships. The role uses company technology to determine vehicle values and track interactions while collaborating with sales, service, and collision teams. Compensation includes a draw, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses.

Sell retail vehicles by meeting customers, guiding them to the right vehicle, and closing sales. Provide excellent customer service, use dealership systems (CDK/VinSolutions), maintain professional appearance and driving eligibility, attend training, and work scheduled shifts including Saturdays.
