Lead the product roadmap for AI-driven personalization across customer touchpoints. Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build, deploy, and optimize recommendation engines and predictive models, design experimentation frameworks, measure incremental business impact, and drive roadmap delivery tied to engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Research and evaluate threats, identify vulnerabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, produce written recommendations for senior leadership, coordinate sensitive activities, and provide subject-matter expertise and briefings while protecting national security information.

Provide day-to-day administration, design, and support of classified network and system environments for SAP/DoD customers. Manage servers, hypervisors, enterprise networking, SIEMs, vulnerability scanning, incident response, and security configurations. Provide advanced scheduling support for AFRL test operations at Edwards AFB: maintain and analyze site project schedules using MS Project, identify conflicts and resource needs, train junior schedulers, ensure compliance with AFRL procedures, perform schedule analyses, monitor contractor schedules, and support daily test-area communications and activity logs.

Design and build full-stack UI applications and back-end microservices in an agile environment. Improve architecture, performance, reliability, observability, and UX/UI. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with on-site and remote teams, and use cloud, containers, CI/CD, and modern web frameworks to deliver mission-focused software.

Lead development and customization of AFSIM-based simulations for EW and EMSO. Architect complex scenarios, implement custom models/plugins, integrate with tools (STK, NGTS), analyze outputs, produce reports/briefings, and lead small teams while supporting MBSE activities and DoD stakeholders in a classified environment.

Manage and optimize RHEL infrastructure including installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, backup/DR, and security. Conduct vulnerability assessments and STIG/KEV remediation, automate tasks with Ansible and scripting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support 24x7x365 operations for a DoD environment.

Support DoD Special Access Programs (SAP) and SCI activities: maintain file servers, firewalls, security monitoring, and network appliances; administer VTC systems; perform account lifecycle management, help desk support, patching, hardware/software configuration, COMSEC and media control, and prepare/update authorization packages and cybersecurity self-inspections.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform for USCENTCOM J6. Architect integrations, workflows, ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules, oversee upgrades, ensure security, and maintain documentation and governance.

Lead design and development of cloud-native Java microservices and modern UIs (Angular/React). Implement REST/SOAP web services, enterprise batch jobs, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and cloud deployments (OpenShift/AWS). Mentor engineers, create architecture/design artifacts, write tests (unit, BDD), and improve performance, security, and developer workflows.

Design intuitive, scalable UX for a complex AI/ML healthcare research platform. Create wireframes and high-fidelity Figma designs, conduct user research, build reusable design patterns, reduce UX debt, and collaborate with Product, UX Engineering (Storybook), and Frontend teams (Angular/React) to validate and implement interactions.

Support and maintain AWS production and dev environments, administer Linux systems, implement cloud security controls (NIST/RMF), automate infrastructure, monitor system health, troubleshoot networking and OS issues, and support ATO/continuous monitoring efforts while documenting configurations and procedures.

Perform forensic analysis of electronic media (computers, mobile devices, storage) using industry tools, preserve and document evidence for criminal investigations, produce technical reports, maintain chain-of-custody, and potentially testify in federal/military court.

Lead business analysis for personal lines insurance: gather and document requirements, design solutions, define and test APIs and integrations, support underwriting/product teams, and coordinate stakeholders across agile delivery teams.

Support and analyze data anomalies across Data Warehouse, ODS, replication and ETL environments. Collaborate with Business, DBA and ETL teams to document transformations, assist in production validation, configure data governance/virtualization/MDM solutions, maintain data dictionaries and lineage, and produce complex SQL queries and analysis in an agile team environment.
