Lead the product roadmap for AI-driven personalization across customer touchpoints. Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build, deploy, and optimize recommendation engines and predictive models, design experimentation frameworks, measure incremental business impact, and drive roadmap delivery tied to engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Operate and maintain transport and IP networks: configure and analyze circuits across optical and electro-optical systems, perform real-time reroutes, monitor alarms, manage incidents and changes, and coordinate with customers and agencies to restore and preserve network availability.

Install, configure, test, monitor and service DoD/DISA network equipment. Coordinate customers, perform IT&A, configure Cisco/Juniper out-of-band management, upgrade software, plan IP addressing, and resolve requirements with stakeholders.
