Installs, administers, troubleshoots, and sustains public and private networks, including Cisco infrastructure, servers, LAN/WAN environments, and related systems. Performs Tier III issue resolution, site surveys, deployments, installations, decommissions, inventory coordination, technical planning, documentation, reporting, and customer support. Leads technical teams, trains personnel, develops network designs and installation packages, and supports infrastructure improvements. Travel to customer sites for deployment activities is required up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS.

Designs and supports secure enterprise systems, applications, networks, and cloud platforms for USSTRATCOM mission environments. Responsibilities include cyber forensics, intrusion detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, secure architecture, cryptography, DevSecOps, cloud security, identity management, and security automation. The role requires programming experience, cybersecurity certifications, technical documentation, and collaboration in classified NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
