Develop lender-ready and investment committee-ready business plans for Bahamian MSMEs. Conduct market research, develop operational and financial assumptions, prepare projections and supporting analyses, and ensure alignment between business narratives, funding uses, and financial statements. Collaborate with entrepreneurs, accountants, advisors, reviewers, and funding teams to produce commercially viable plans for loans, grants, government programs, and investment funding.

Reviews business plans and KYC documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and credit-adjudication readiness. Verifies supporting information, identifies discrepancies and risks, provides feedback, manages client and writer assignments, tracks review pipelines, maintains records, and prepares clients for Credit Committee presentations. The role requires financial statement understanding, credit assessment knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
