Coaches leaders, manages organizational change, develops scalable policies and compensation structures, and supports employee well-being in a globally distributed video game studio.

Lead and scale the production discipline for AAA action-adventure games, executing current delivery plans to ship the first title, evolving production strategy and tooling, mentoring senior managers, managing headcount and budgets, monitoring project and team health, and representing production with executives and publishing partners.
