Oversee general ledger activities and lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Plan and coordinate audits/inspections, manage CAPAs and inspection readiness, maintain compliance policies, monitor regulatory changes, support risk assessments and reporting, build compliance dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

Lead ERP business-systems strategy and administration for Oracle ERP Cloud/NetSuite. Translate business needs into configurations, own system health, governance, security, environments, integrations, and release management. Drive implementations, process improvement, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement to mature the ERP function.

Manage and improve the Compliance Management System including investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, change management, compliance monitoring, metrics/reporting, audit support, data integrity, and cross-functional continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations and capital projects. Optimize production, resolve technical issues, develop and maintain P&IDs, material balances, equipment datasheets, hydraulic calculations, participate in PHA/MOC/incident investigations, and manage projects from design through startup.

Support chemical manufacturing operations by entering and controlling product data, analyzing production metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance for SDS and labeling, developing SOPs, and collaborating on process-improvement projects while working in lab and plant environments.

Lead controls and automation projects for manufacturing: scope, design, procurement, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLC and instrumentation systems. Coordinate cross-functional teams, improve process control and safety performance, maintain documentation, support maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory and electrical safety compliance.
