Support chemical manufacturing operations by entering and controlling product data, analyzing production metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance for SDS and labeling, developing SOPs, and collaborating on process-improvement projects while working in lab and plant environments.

Lead controls and automation projects for manufacturing: scope, design, procurement, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLC and instrumentation systems. Coordinate cross-functional teams, improve process control and safety performance, maintain documentation, support maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory and electrical safety compliance.

Develop and grow refinery and gas plant accounts by selling specialty and commodity chemistry solutions. Identify and win new customers, diagnose operational chemistry challenges, present customized solutions, collaborate internally to expand supplier and technical opportunities, represent the company professionally, and travel to customer and refinery sites.

Oversee general ledger activities and lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, variance analyses, and audit schedules. Ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes and internal controls, support budgeting/forecasting, ERP/system implementations, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Process and monitor accounts payable transactions, reconcile vendor statements, support month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries, resolve billing inquiries, maintain policy compliance, and assist with audits and documentation.

Provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations and capital projects. Optimize production, resolve technical issues, develop and maintain P&IDs, material balances, equipment datasheets, hydraulic calculations, participate in PHA/MOC/incident investigations, and manage projects from design through startup.

Lead enterprise compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and policy governance for a regulated manufacturing environment. Plan and coordinate audits/inspections, manage CAPAs and inspection readiness, maintain compliance policies, monitor regulatory changes, support risk assessments and reporting, build compliance dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

Manage and improve the Compliance Management System including investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, change management, compliance monitoring, metrics/reporting, audit support, data integrity, and cross-functional continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Manage and maintain training programs, qualification records, and controlled documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. Create and update training materials and SOPs, administer LMS and document management systems, support audits and compliance initiatives, analyze metrics for improvements, and partner with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and HR to ensure workforce readiness and regulatory compliance.
