Ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes and internal controls, support budgeting/forecasting, ERP/system implementations, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Supervise daily production operations for the B6 chemical processing unit across swing shifts. Lead and train operators, manage staffing and schedules, coordinate with planners, troubleshoot equipment, initiate maintenance, and enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Process and monitor accounts payable transactions, reconcile vendor statements, support month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries, resolve billing inquiries, maintain policy compliance, and assist with audits and documentation.
