Provide process engineering support to plant operations and capital projects: optimize production, resolve technical issues, maintain P&IDs and process documentation, participate in PHA/MOC, and manage small projects from design through startup.

Manage high-volume, complex customer billing portfolios including contract invoicing, fuel/freight escalators, surcharges, and bulk shipments. Audit monthly billing, issue credit memos and rebills, resolve escalated disputes, ensure hazmat/chemical billing compliance, support ERP upgrades/testing, integrate plant and trucking billing, partner with sales on pricing disputes, and train/mentor junior billing staff.

Support chemical manufacturing operations by entering and controlling product data, analyzing production metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance for SDS and labeling, developing SOPs, and collaborating on process-improvement projects while working in lab and plant environments.
