Oversee general ledger activities and lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, variance analyses, and audit schedules. Ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes and internal controls, support budgeting/forecasting, ERP/system implementations, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Support plant operations and capital projects by identifying and implementing process improvements, managing small capital projects, developing process documentation (P&IDs, material balances, equipment and instrument datasheets), participating in PHA/MOC/incident investigations, and providing technical support to resolve operational issues while promoting safety and efficiency.

Lead enterprise compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and policy governance for a regulated manufacturing environment. Plan and coordinate audits/inspections, manage CAPAs and inspection readiness, maintain compliance policies, monitor regulatory changes, support risk assessments and reporting, build compliance dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
