Design and develop F1 chassis components and mechanical assemblies using solid and surface modeling and 2D drawings. Support suspension, wheels, hydraulic, fuel and cooling systems, homologation equipment and trackside management. Collaborate with stakeholders, meet quality and compliance standards, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement. Provide trackside support including travel and irregular hours as required.

Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for global users, administer and enhance Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services, build small SharePoint/Power Platform solutions, manage incidents/changes, support deployments, maintain knowledge articles, mentor juniors, and support race-specific hardware and operations while complying with security and governance processes.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across functions: schedule interviews, manage ATS and recruitment inboxes, prepare offers and pre-employment checks, draft job descriptions, ensure interview governance, support candidate experience, run early-career and university events, track HR metrics and produce reports, maintain SOPs and compliance, liaise with stakeholders and agencies, and support onboarding and continuous improvement.

Lead design, delivery and security of a global, multi‑site network estate (on‑prem, cloud, trackside). Own LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, monitoring, automation and IaC. Provide 3rd‑line support, deliver projects, embed secure‑by‑design and mentor junior engineers while supporting race operations and on‑call incident response.

Design and support on- and off-car electronics: harnesses, units, sensors, PCB and system design. Produce installation documentation, investigate faults, develop mitigations, support car build/testing and trackside operations while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Support wind tunnel realism studies, define and run WT and bench experiments, and perform correlation across Wind Tunnel, Track, CFD and benches. Develop analysis routines, measurement techniques, models and software tools; translate results into actionable aerodynamic insights. Collaborate with Aero, CFD and Software teams, ensure compliance, and support operational delivery including trackside travel.

Support lifing activities during an 8-month car build: manage part lifing data in the Life Management System, ensure part serialization and BOM alignment, track component life and tooling usage, trigger reorders, report non-conformances to design/reliability engineers, support DMU reviews and event UIIL submissions, and collaborate with factory and trackside teams to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Lead design and specification of on- and off-car electronics, harnesses, sensors and PCB assemblies. Support installation documentation, fault investigation and mitigation, pre-season build and trackside activities. Collaborate with mechanical design, reliability and track teams to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and govern cross-functional Performance programmes across engineering groups, drive programme delivery, workforce planning, budget support, risk and dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting senior leadership and race operations with frequent travel and irregular hours.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle in Maranello, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HR data management, GDPR compliance, payroll/pension backup, health & safety records, invoicing, and ad-hoc HR tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders, support process improvements, and assist Head of HR Legal and Talent Management as needed. Role includes extensive travel and irregular hours during race season.
