The role requires knowledge of F1 technical regulations, composite materials, racing-car systems, CATIA, and PLM tools. It involves collaboration, compliance, continuous improvement, irregular hours, extensive travel, and potential race-season work. Employees must complete national security vetting.

Owns the design, security, operation, and continuous improvement of the global enterprise network across on-premises, cloud, and trackside environments. Leads network architecture, infrastructure modernization, automation, incident escalation, monitoring, disaster recovery, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and complex project delivery. Provides senior technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, supports wider infrastructure platforms, and participates in major-incident and on-call response.

Develop and maintain full-stack software for the Formula 1 Performance Group using .NET technologies, databases, services, and client applications. Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and training. Collaborate on Agile delivery, version control, CI/CD, testing, DevOps improvements, user support, and software quality. The role also provides race support and requires flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and international travel.

Design and develop composite components for Formula 1 cars, supporting component development, race introduction, vehicle performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with race teams and stakeholders, conducts research and development, leads composite design projects from concept to completion, and works within demanding motorsport schedules involving travel, weekends, and race days.
