Design and develop composite components for Formula 1 cars, supporting component development, race introduction, vehicle performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with race teams and stakeholders, conducts research and development, leads composite design projects from concept to completion, and works within demanding motorsport schedules involving travel, weekends, and race days.

Designs and develops high-quality aerodynamic surface geometry for CFD wind-tunnel models and full-size Formula 1 car releases. Collaborates with aerodynamicists, model designers, and full-size car designers; manages complex CAD structures; supports legality checks, documentation, and production standards. The role also provides direction for wind-tunnel model design, develops workflow automation tools, coordinates aerodynamic projects, and mentors junior aerodynamic designers in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

The Communications Manager delivers media relations, press releases, newsletters, social media, website content, internal communications, brand and partner messaging, and crisis communications. The role supports race-weekend media execution, journalist relationships, communications strategy, monitoring, sentiment analysis, and KPI tracking. Based in Banbury, UK, it involves frequent international travel, irregular hours, and working trackside during races.

Coordinate and govern cross-functional Performance programmes across engineering groups, drive programme delivery, workforce planning, budget support, risk and dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting senior leadership and race operations with frequent travel and irregular hours.

Lead design and specification of on- and off-car electronics, harnesses, sensors and PCB assemblies. Support installation documentation, fault investigation and mitigation, pre-season build and trackside activities. Collaborate with mechanical design, reliability and track teams to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across functions: schedule interviews, manage ATS and recruitment inboxes, prepare offers and pre-employment checks, draft job descriptions, ensure interview governance, support candidate experience, run early-career and university events, track HR metrics and produce reports, maintain SOPs and compliance, liaise with stakeholders and agencies, and support onboarding and continuous improvement.
