Develop and maintain full-stack software for the Formula 1 Performance Group using .NET technologies, databases, services, and client applications. Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and training. Collaborate on Agile delivery, version control, CI/CD, testing, DevOps improvements, user support, and software quality. The role also provides race support and requires flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and international travel.

Coordinates Formula 1 race-car component allocations, service turnarounds, mileage tracking, build sheets, inventory accuracy, and Lifecheck data. Works with Race Team Support, Sub Assembly, Composites, Logistics, and Engineering teams to meet trackside quantities, lifing limits, freight schedules, and compliance requirements. Supports car builds, engineering projects, and race events in a fast-paced environment involving irregular hours and frequent international travel.

Design and develop composite components for Formula 1 cars, supporting component development, race introduction, vehicle performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with race teams and stakeholders, conducts research and development, leads composite design projects from concept to completion, and works within demanding motorsport schedules involving travel, weekends, and race days.
