Provides comprehensive executive assistant support to the Formula 1 Team Principal, including calendar management, travel and logistics coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, presentations, project tracking, expense reconciliation, and stakeholder support. The role requires discretion, strong organization, resilience, flexibility for extensive international travel and irregular hours, and familiarity with the Formula 1 industry.

Leads Formula 1 vehicle performance analysis, defining car and aerodynamic targets, identifying weaknesses, and prioritizing improvements. Uses simulator, simulation, and track data to evaluate handling, tyres, aerodynamics, setup, and upgrades. Develops and validates vehicle simulation tools, guides technical best practices, and coordinates activities across aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, performance, and race engineering teams.

Coordinates global business travel for employees, drivers, and contractors, primarily for Formula 1 race and test events. Arranges flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries, visas, purchase orders, and credit card reconciliations. Provides traveler support, including out-of-hours and emergency assistance, while ensuring compliance with travel policies, GDPR, and relevant regulations. The role requires strong organization, discretion, accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced motorsport environment.
