Manage 2-3 commercial, municipal, state, and federal construction projects ($100k–$7M), overseeing preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, RFIs/submittals/change orders, site inspections across NY and the Northeast, coordination meetings, safety and permitting compliance, and project closeout to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Lead day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Manage staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, and multi-shift workforce development.
