Coordinate private charter flights for share members and public clients, answer phones and emails, monitor flight-services platforms for empty-leg opportunities, support charter sales, and provide responsive booking assistance. The role is cross-trained across client services and charter coordination functions and requires strong attention to detail and responsiveness.

Leads daily warehouse and production material-flow operations across multiple buildings. Manages 10–15 employees across warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping; oversees inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, replenishment, and discrepancy resolution. Ensures efficient receiving, shipping, finished-goods movement, internal transfers, safety, and GMP compliance. Provides hands-on coaching, performance management, process improvement, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Supervise daily metal fabrication assembly operations, coordinate production schedules, prepare equipment, train personnel, troubleshoot assembly and labeling systems, update BOMs and routers, monitor quality and safety, manage staffing, and resolve production issues while maintaining efficient workflow.
