Drive leasing for retail, restaurant, and experiential tenants across the East Coast. Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close lease agreements; manage renewals and tenant onboarding. Analyze market trends, build broker and retailer relationships, and support leasing strategy and portfolio growth.

Serve as the Tax Manager for a Southern California-based family office (100% remote). Oversee tax functions across multiple entities, prepare and review federal and state business and individual tax returns, manage accounting operations and banking relationships, support investment analysis, partner with ownership on strategy, and improve processes and technology across a $100M-$200M asset portfolio.

Manage a portfolio of ~30-40 commercial insurance accounts as the clients' trusted advisor. Handle renewals, endorsements, policy updates, certificates of insurance, prepare renewal proposals, liaise with producers, underwriters and carriers, answer client questions, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships. No cold calling or sales quotas; focus on relationship management and exceptional service.
