Build and maintain established customer accounts for a specialized glass manufacturer. Manage orders from entry through production and shipment, review technical drawings and specifications, coordinate with Engineering and Sales, answer technical questions, discuss pricing and product requirements, and help develop manufacturable custom glass solutions. The role includes extensive training, customer relationship management, and eventual occasional customer visits and trade shows.

Serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting life insurance distribution growth, marketing initiatives, product launches, reporting, shareholder communications, and cross-functional projects. The role analyzes performance metrics, develops dashboards, supports agent and policyholder engagement, coordinates operational improvements, and contributes to domestic and international strategic planning. It requires extensive life insurance industry knowledge, executive communication skills, project management ability, and collaboration across underwriting, compliance, legal, finance, and customer service teams.

Manage a high-volume book of approximately 200 small commercial insurance accounts. Serve as the primary client contact, handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, renewals, documentation, and carrier coordination. Maintain accurate records in AMS360, meet service deadlines, support retention targets, and collaborate with internal teams while delivering responsive, detail-oriented client service.
