Build and own production agentic AI runtime components, including context construction, retrieval and tool orchestration, ranking, scoring, guardrails, multilingual quality, latency and cost optimization, and evaluation systems. Diagnose production failures through traces and improve agent reliability for customer-facing commerce applications.

Build and maintain the company’s go-to-market infrastructure, including automated workflows, lead routing, enriched prospect lists, ICP scoring models, CRM data quality, and self-service sales dashboards. Test new tools, sequences, channels, and AI applications across the sales process while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing.

Own the UK partnerships function from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include running the full sales cycle, prospecting, building pipeline through outbound and partner channels, creating referral relationships with freelancers and agencies, conducting demos and negotiations, closing deals, and growing the company’s UK presence through events, webinars, and industry networks.
