Generate qualified sales meetings through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, inbound leads, and CRM re-engagement. Prepare handoffs to Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, analyze meeting and conversion performance, and collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes. The role requires a proactive, energetic approach, comfort with phone-based prospecting, adaptability in a fast-paced startup, and fluency in Italian with solid English.

Own a portfolio of UK e-commerce merchants from sales handoff through onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage migrations from competing email platforms, build WhatsApp and email campaigns, train merchants, identify upsell opportunities, and represent UK customer needs to Product, Sales, and technical partners. The role requires native or C2 English, C1+ Italian, CRM and e-commerce campaign expertise, and experience managing client relationships and commercial outcomes.

Own the end-to-end product design experience across TextYess, including UX flows, design systems, micro-interactions, and AI-agent/merchant experiences. Partner closely with engineers, identify product improvements through customer feedback, prototype with AI tools, and ship designs directly in code using pull requests. The role requires strong product taste, system thinking, business judgment, and a portfolio demonstrating shipped software products.
