Improve throughput, quality, and cost; troubleshoot materials and tooling; create controls, SOPs, validations, and ERP production data; train operators and support new product introductions and continuous improvement in a plant environment.

The Safety Coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations, develops policies, conducts training, inspects work conditions, investigates incidents, and promotes a safe workplace culture.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for global manufacturing operations, oversee general ledger, AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets; manage month/end and year-end close, consolidate foreign entities, support budgeting, forecasting, tax/audit coordination, internal controls, cost accounting, and mentor accounting staff to improve plant performance and strategic decision-making.
