Develop, optimize, and implement PTFE coating manufacturing processes. Improve throughput, quality, and cost; troubleshoot materials and tooling; create controls, SOPs, validations, and ERP production data; train operators and support new product introductions and continuous improvement in a plant environment.

The Safety Coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations, develops policies, conducts training, inspects work conditions, investigates incidents, and promotes a safe workplace culture.
