Expands the commercial loan portfolio through business development, client relationship management, credit analysis, underwriting, loan structuring, and portfolio monitoring. Ensures regulatory and policy compliance, prepares loan documentation and performance reports, coordinates with risk, compliance, and operations teams, and provides market and economic insights. The role focuses on commercial multifamily real estate lending and requires strong origination, communication, and customer service skills.

Provide first-line support for bank e-banking and treasury services (ACH, wires, Positive Pay, RDC, Bill Pay). Perform account setup and maintenance, accurate data entry using Jack Henry and Excel, monitor fraud alerts, troubleshoot common issues, escalate complex problems, and maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.

Lead default servicing strategy and operations for the bank, overseeing collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, vendor management, compliance, reporting, and process improvements to optimize portfolio performance and regulatory adherence.
