Manage day-to-day HR operations including HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, reporting, training coordination, engagement programs, and HR communications. Serve as HR point of contact and support managers on performance and policy matters.

Manage and mentor a team of mortgage collections specialists, develop and implement collections strategies, ensure regulatory compliance (FDCPA, RESPA), analyze delinquent accounts, negotiate payments, monitor KPIs, handle escalations, and maintain accurate records and reporting.

Coordinate and manage marketing projects and campaigns from intake through completion. Maintain schedules, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication. Support campaign execution, vendor coordination, compliance routing, and departmental administrative tasks to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule.
