Originates and underwrites commercial real estate loans, conducts credit and collateral analysis, structures loan terms, manages client relationships and portfolio performance, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares documentation and reports, and collaborates with risk, compliance, and operations to facilitate seamless loan processing and business development.

Analyze commercial credit applications and financial statements, underwrite $3M–$5M+ loans, perform cash flow and collateral analysis, monitor covenant compliance, support loan reviews, mentor junior analysts, and ensure adherence to bank credit policies and regulations.
