The Chief Compliance Officer leads the bank’s compliance risk management framework, advises executives and the Board on regulatory obligations, oversees policies, training, monitoring, remediation, and regulatory change management, and ensures compliance across business functions. The role also supports corporate governance, contracts, litigation management, product development, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives while promoting practical, risk-based controls and customer-focused outcomes.

Analyzes and forecasts financial data, cash flow, investments, interest-rate sensitivity, and risk. Develops financial models, budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and management reports; supports strategic planning, ALCO activities, audits, model risk, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with internal teams, communicates financial insights, performs scenario and sensitivity analysis, and maintains treasury documentation and reporting processes.

Expands the commercial loan portfolio through business development, client relationship management, credit analysis, underwriting, loan structuring, and portfolio monitoring. Ensures regulatory and policy compliance, prepares loan documentation and performance reports, coordinates with risk, compliance, and operations teams, and provides market and economic insights. The role focuses on commercial multifamily real estate lending and requires strong origination, communication, and customer service skills.
