Experience in exchanges, fintech, or startup environments is preferred.

Supports daily trading, trade issue resolution, order-entry certification, user training, clearing and settlement, regulatory compliance, and client service for a securities exchange. Coordinates with broker-dealers, clearing firms, internal teams, and subcontractors; analyzes market and operational data; supports new clearing technologies; and identifies workflow improvements using automation, scripting, and AI tooling.

Produce customized pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences, managing presentations from concept through delivery. Research companies, industries, financial data, market quality, and competitive positioning to develop compelling narratives for prospective issuers. Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams, tailor materials to client needs, and maintain knowledge of TXSE products and listings programs.
