Trade Support and Operations
- Monitor daily trading activities to ensure accurate and efficient order execution.
- Investigate and resolve trade issues promptly, working closely with internal teams and external participants (e.g., broker-dealers, clearing firms).
- Assist customers with certification testing of order entry protocols.
- Provides user training on system and new functionality and responds to user queries.
- Communicates client requirements to operational teams and subcontractors.
- Help identify potential process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency.
Clearing & Settlement Support
- Ensure smooth post-trade processes.
- Identify and resolve clearing and settlement issues, communicating effectively with relevant parties.
- Coordinate the implementation of new clearing initiatives or technologies as needed.
Professional Experience
- 1-10+ years of relevant experience in securities exchange operations, brokerage operations, or a similar capital markets environment.
- Experience in trade support, listings, market intelligence, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Python and or scripting languages to aid with automation, data analysis, monitoring/alerting, and tool development
- Familiarity with clearing, settlement processes, and emerging technologies in capital markets.
- Experience in broker-dealer operations and FINRA/SEC regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Industry certifications such as Series 7, Series 24, or other relevant FINRA licenses would be beneficial, or ability to maintain in a specified time period.

TXSE will offer both primary, dual, and ETP listings. With an initial capital raise of $161 million, TXSE is the most well-capitalized exchange to ever file a Form 1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. TXSE is on track to receive SEC approval later this year and to begin trading in early 2026, with listings by the end of the same year.
