Provides routine and some complex HR support including creating and processing HRIS actions, maintaining personnel records, auditing files, assisting supervisors and employees with HR/payroll questions, preparing reports, and coordinating HR events and programs.

Tenure-track senior faculty to teach graduate and doctoral courses in educational leadership, chair and mentor dissertations, collaborate with K-12 and higher education partners, perform service and committee work, coordinate program initiatives, and support department and college operations. Teaching load typically two to three 3-credit courses per semester, with flexible scheduling (day, evening, weekend).

Tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach a 3/3 undergraduate load (with course reassignments), develop a quantitative-focused research program, mentor undergraduates in research, contribute to curricular offerings in methods and statistics, and provide service to the program, department, university, and community. Preference for candidates experienced with Hispanic-Serving Institutions and majority-Latinx student populations.

The Associate Professor will teach graduate courses, mentor doctoral students in research design, manage syllabi, and serve on dissertation committees with a focus on quantitative methodologies.

Lead and manage the Office of Clinical Experiences overseeing clinical placements, district partnerships, TEA/TAC compliance, budgets, staff supervision, data and accreditation activities, training for host/cooperating teachers, and coordination of field-based teacher preparation and certification processes.

Lead alumni engagement strategy and programs, manage events and traditions, cultivate volunteer leadership and alumni council, support fundraising collaboration, oversee budgets, metrics, communications, and supervise volunteers and student employees to strengthen lifelong alumni connections.
