Tenure-track senior faculty to teach graduate and doctoral courses in educational leadership, chair and mentor dissertations, collaborate with K-12 and higher education partners, perform service and committee work, coordinate program initiatives, and support department and college operations. Teaching load typically two to three 3-credit courses per semester, with flexible scheduling (day, evening, weekend).

The Associate Professor will teach graduate courses, mentor doctoral students in research design, manage syllabi, and serve on dissertation committees with a focus on quantitative methodologies.

Lead and manage the Office of Clinical Experiences overseeing clinical placements, district partnerships, TEA/TAC compliance, budgets, staff supervision, data and accreditation activities, training for host/cooperating teachers, and coordination of field-based teacher preparation and certification processes.
