Provides comprehensive administrative, fiscal, personnel, and office support to the Dean of Graduate Studies. Coordinates communications, meetings, travel, events, purchasing, vendors, financial transactions, budgets, facilities, equipment, and business procedures. Prepares reports and analyses, tracks graduate program data, supports hiring and training, maintains records, interprets policies, and serves as a liaison with financial, payroll, and human resources offices.

Provides comprehensive pre-award research administration and proposal development support to principal investigators. Reviews funding opportunities and sponsor requirements, manages proposal timelines, coordinates approvals, develops and reviews budgets, ensures regulatory and institutional compliance, and facilitates submissions through federal and institutional systems. Maintains proposal records, supports research administration process improvements, and delivers training and consultation to faculty and staff.

Responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate instruction, hands-on laboratory and project-based learning, scholarly research, student mentoring, external funding development, university service, and industry collaboration. The role focuses on hardware and embedded systems security, IoT, cyber-physical systems, critical infrastructure, and applied cybersecurity for electronic systems.
