Advises students and families on financial aid and scholarships, processes eligibility data and awards, maintains records, evaluates special circumstances, adjusts assistance for waivers and external benefits, analyzes compliance reports, and supports financial aid workshops and presentations.

Administers university grants, contracts, and sponsored programs from award receipt through closeout. Reviews budgets and expenditures, interprets sponsor and regulatory requirements, coordinates approvals and revisions, reconciles grant accounts, prepares reports and journal entries, and ensures compliance. Serves as a liaison to faculty, sponsors, and university administrators while maintaining grant records and databases. The role supervises others and requires on-campus work in Killeen, Texas.

Coordinates library access services, including circulation, course reserves, scheduling, policies, collection statistics, and Alma permissions. Supervises and trains part-time staff, staffs the reference desk, supports instruction and outreach, develops assigned subject collections, and manages displays. The role also requires faculty scholarship, committee participation, professional development, and occasional library events.

Directs institution-wide academic advising and student retention services, including strategic planning, change management, staff supervision, professional development, resource allocation, assessment, reporting, and technology adoption. Collaborates with academic leaders and campus partners to improve student success, retention, and graduation outcomes. Develops advising practices, monitors performance indicators, researches best practices, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages strategic initiatives, project and grant management, strategic enrollment planning, continuous improvement, data analysis, reporting, budgets, and staff supervision. Collaborates across enrollment management and student affairs to assess projects, optimize workflows, prepare grant proposals, track performance, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. The role is on campus in Killeen, Texas, with occasional nights and weekends as needed.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor responsible for teaching undergraduate supply chain and operations courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats. Courses include production and operations management, business process and lean management, and global procurement. The role also requires scholarly activity meeting AACSB standards, professional or industry engagement, and service to academic or professional communities. The faculty member will help develop a new logistics and supply chain program and build regional industry connections.
