Provide proactive, student-centered academic advising: educational planning, course selection, monitoring progress, referrals to resources, recordkeeping, outreach, and participation in retention and professional development activities to support student success.

Provide recruitment and HR support including screening applicants, processing HRIS actions, onboarding, records retention, background and credential verifications, employee orientation and training, payroll/report audits, and HR compliance. Role may be filled at entry (Generalist I) or requires one year related experience (Generalist II).
