Tenure-track assistant professor to teach undergraduate and graduate Criminal Justice and Homeland Security courses (face-to-face, hybrid, online), develop curriculum and assessments, maintain an active research agenda, advise and mentor students, and participate in service.

Coordinate and optimize enrollment-related technologies and communication tools to support recruitment, retention, and student success. Manage data quality, develop reports and dashboards, create training materials, support CRM-driven campaigns, and liaise with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to improve processes and system adoption.

Provide strategic and administrative leadership for the College of Arts and Sciences. Oversee academic programs, faculty development, budgeting, assessment, recruitment, retention, accreditation compliance, external partnerships, fundraising, and student success initiatives. Work with department chairs and university leadership to implement long-term growth, support research and grant activity, and ensure effective shared governance.
