Conduct research applying agentic AI, deep learning, and privacy-preserving techniques to cybersecurity. Design, implement, and evaluate AI systems for threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability assessment. Help establish and operate a multi-user HPC lab, guide student researchers, perform empirical evaluations, and publish results in peer-reviewed venues.

Provides financial aid and scholarship counseling to prospective and enrolled students and their families. Processes and analyzes aid data, determines eligibility, makes awards, maintains student records, evaluates special circumstances, processes waivers and external benefits, and ensures regulatory compliance. Conducts workshops and presentations, communicates eligibility changes, analyzes reports, and may mentor or train staff. Requires on-campus work Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends.

Administers university grants, contracts, and sponsored programs from award receipt through closeout. Reviews budgets and expenditures, interprets sponsor and regulatory requirements, coordinates approvals and revisions, reconciles grant accounts, prepares reports and journal entries, and ensures compliance. Serves as a liaison to faculty, sponsors, and university administrators while maintaining grant records and databases. The role supervises others and requires on-campus work in Killeen, Texas.
