Manage the customer journey from contract signing through implementation, onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Coordinate on-site hardware installations, collaborate with technical, product, engineering, and business development teams, troubleshoot customer issues, conduct QBRs, and identify expansion opportunities. Build strong relationships with care staff, deliver training, incorporate customer feedback, and travel throughout Jutland, including occasional overnight visits.

Own expansion and renewal revenue for assigned UK provider accounts, converting pilots into multi-site rollouts. Build business cases, engage senior stakeholders, lead executive reviews, navigate UK clinical and budgetary decision processes, and coordinate with BD, Customer Success, and Delivery. Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and represent Teton at customer meetings and industry events.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategy across senior living and skilled nursing operators. Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, industry events, stakeholder engagement, pipeline development, forecasting, CRM updates, and closing complex deals. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the U.S. commercial strategy and consistently exceed sales targets.
