The Controller owns daily and monthly accounting operations, including financial close, reporting, multi-entity consolidations, tax management, audits, technical accounting, revenue recognition, content cost accounting, and internal controls. The role manages external auditors and tax advisors, oversees compliance and 1099 processes, drives automation and efficiency initiatives, and mentors senior accounting professionals. This hybrid Fort Worth role reports to the VP of Finance and is primarily remote.

Manage month-end and year-end close, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, support GAAP-compliant financial statement preparation, maintain internal controls, assist audits, analyze variances, and collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and process improvements.

Lead operational execution and productization for gaming products and Cowboy+ portfolio. Own launch coordination, JIRA intake, QA, SLAs, vendor management, analytics, and cross-functional readiness to ensure timely, high-quality releases and scalable product operations.
