The VP, Controller will build and lead the accounting organization, owning month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, audits, tax coordination, technical accounting, and internal controls. The role manages NetSuite structures, ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 926 content costs, and external accounting partners. This player-coach will mentor senior professionals, improve automation and AI adoption, strengthen processes, and partner with FP&A and executives to deliver accurate, decision-useful financial information.

Leads the company’s FP&A function, owning long-range planning, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, liquidity modeling, performance reviews, capital planning, and strategic transaction analysis. Advises senior finance leaders, executives, and the Board while building a scalable FP&A organization, KPI framework, and data-driven finance culture. The role also drives AI and automation adoption across forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies for live events, activations, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns. Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, creative assets, and cross-functional stakeholders from concept through execution. Design audience engagement and conversion strategies, extend live experiences across digital and social channels, and measure performance against KPIs. The role requires strong marketing strategy, project management, creative problem-solving, and willingness to travel for key events.
