Senior financial executive responsible for the company’s financial strategy, capital structure, treasury, liquidity, Board and Audit Committee relationships, M&A, financial reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise value creation. The role leads the finance and accounting organization, supports capital raising and debt financing, manages multi-entity financial operations, and partners with executives, investors, lenders, auditors, and external tax advisors.

Leads the company’s FP&A function, owning long-range planning, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, liquidity modeling, performance reviews, capital planning, and strategic transaction analysis. Advises senior finance leaders, executives, and the Board while building a scalable FP&A organization, KPI framework, and data-driven finance culture. The role also drives AI and automation adoption across forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies for live events, activations, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns. Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, creative assets, and cross-functional stakeholders from concept through execution. Design audience engagement and conversion strategies, extend live experiences across digital and social channels, and measure performance against KPIs. The role requires strong marketing strategy, project management, creative problem-solving, and willingness to travel for key events.
