Lead enterprise data governance by defining operating models, policies, stewardship, MDM, metadata, lineage, quality KPIs, and controls. Partner cross-functionally to enable analytics, AI readiness, ERP/PIM/CRM integrations, run governance councils, drive remediation, and communicate executive reporting to improve data trust and decision confidence.

Provide on-site vendor managed inventory (VMI) support: receive and stock shipments, perform cycle counts, maintain organized/accurate inventory areas, resolve customer issues, communicate with sales, and complete light administrative tasks.

Troubleshoot hardware, networking, VPN, and identity issues, manage device imaging and onboarding, support Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and vendors to ensure executive-ready meeting spaces and reliable workplace technology.

Own GA4 analytics integrity and eCommerce funnels, translate data into actionable insights, design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, partner with product/UX/dev to implement and validate optimizations, and deliver reporting to stakeholders to drive conversion and revenue growth.

Lead and grow a defined geographic region by managing and coaching a team of B2B sales professionals, driving profitable sales growth, supplier relationships, go-to-market execution, pipeline management, talent development, and performance measurement.

Own post-sale strategy for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive retention, expansion, and revenue. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track account metrics, and advocate for customer needs to influence product and service improvements.
