Handle inbound customer calls, web chat, and support inbox; assist with order placement, quotes, order status, and general account management for smaller accounts while ensuring accurate data entry and product quality support.

Provide on-site vendor-managed inventory support: receive and stock shipments, perform cycle counts, maintain organized stock areas, resolve customer issues, communicate with sales, and complete light administrative tasks.

Provide technical sales consultancy for Test & Measurement products, working with account managers and customers to identify requirements, demo solutions, and close opportunities. Deliver technical presentations and training, support product management feedback, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships while conducting territory on-site visits.
