Manage a portfolio of strategic, enterprise accounts to drive retention, expansion, and revenue. Build executive relationships, create account plans, lead QBRs, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast and report on account health, and advocate customer needs to influence product and service improvements.

Monitor security alerts across endpoint, identity, and cloud tools; perform initial triage and escalate threats; assist with incident response and after-hours investigations; produce incident reports and maintain audit evidence for compliance; support endpoint/identity monitoring, security awareness, and ticketing system documentation.
