Processes incoming customer payments, reconciles accounts receivable and general ledger balances, manages collections, resolves account issues, issues refunds, handles credit holds and payment disputes, maintains customer and tax records, and prepares financial reports. The role also supports credit evaluations, electronic billing, order processing, and customer service while coordinating with sales and internal teams.

Manages customer accounts and supports sales by identifying technical solutions, preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers, and partnering with outside sales on account strategies. Requires knowledge of electronics production, testing, manufacturing processes, and customer needs. Maintains ERP records, pricing accuracy, product knowledge, and customer relationships while providing responsive service.

Manages sales support supervisors and customer service representatives, overseeing quotes, customer communications, ERP order placement, KPIs, SLAs, training, quality control, and performance coaching. Partners with sales and internal teams to improve processes, resolve customer issues, support product knowledge, develop account growth opportunities, and increase revenue across TestEquity product lines.
