Develops new business, grows existing accounts, manages regional leads, onboards customers, and sells products and services. Responsibilities include lead qualification, relationship management, product demonstrations, order coordination, sales planning, pipeline management, customer visits, CRM maintenance, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites, technical product knowledge, and achievement of sales and profitability goals.

Manages accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, cash application, aging analysis, credit reviews, payment reconciliation, and dispute resolution. Develops AR policies, improves cash flow, prepares performance reports, and supervises an accounts receivable clerk. Partners with finance and internal departments to resolve account issues, manage credit limits, meet KPIs, and support employee development.

Manage and grow assigned accounts by qualifying leads, demonstrating products, coordinating orders, maintaining CRM records, executing in-person customer visits, developing sales plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to retain and expand revenue.
