Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP modernization programs using multi-agent AI across complex enterprise systems. Coordinate engineering and customer teams, facilitate discovery and architecture discussions, manage dependencies, risks, integrations, governance, security, and escalations, and ensure successful deployment. Translate technical requirements for executives and delivery teams while driving Agile execution, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and customer outcomes. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Designs and operates production-grade AI agent infrastructure across Azure, Oracle Cloud, GCP, and AWS. Owns Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps deployments, observability, security, reliability, networking, and reusable automation frameworks. Lead the Logistics and Supply Chain Management workstream for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. Facilitate business workshops, configure Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement, own the Indirect Procurement value stream, design item master structures, support legacy data migration, and lead integrations with Shopify, warehouse management systems, and related Oracle modules. Engage directly with client stakeholders and leadership in business English while maintaining requirements, configuration, and testing documentation.

Lead enterprise architecture for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation, including Phase 0 discovery, target-state architecture, process master list ownership, integration design, and cross-functional value-stream mapping. Partner with stakeholders and AI engineers to define Oracle Fusion, PaaS, integration, data, analytics, identity, and security models. Advise on inventory architecture and coordinate related PLM, WMS, EPM, payroll, HCM, tax, procurement, and e-commerce initiatives.

Own and optimize recruiting systems, including Ashby, scheduling, and assessment tools. Lead scalable process improvements, vendor management, recruiting data analysis, documentation, interviewer training and calibration, recruiter onboarding, and cross-functional recruiting infrastructure. Build enablement programs and maintain consistent, efficient workflows that support global recruiting operations.

Own AI-driven enterprise product features from discovery and strategy through execution, iteration, adoption, and measurable business impact. Define roadmaps, requirements, success metrics, and engineering backlogs; prioritize AI use cases by ROI, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value. Partner with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, delivery, and customers to build B2B products across enterprise platforms, support implementations, and drive product positioning and launches.

Design, build, and maintain Python backend services, REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. Optimize databases, caching, performance, and reliability while integrating AI model servers, vector databases, and workflow automation. Implement authentication and authorization, testing, monitoring, logging, and cloud deployments on AWS or GCP. Collaborate with frontend, AI, DevOps, and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

Support product discovery and market research, define product requirements and user stories with engineers and designers, analyze usage data and customer feedback, assist launches and go-to-market, research AI technologies, and own a project to present recommendations to leadership.

Build and scale post-training, reinforcement learning, memory, context, knowledge graph, data generation, evaluation, and inference systems for long-horizon enterprise AI agents. Design verifiable RL environments, optimize distributed training and serving throughput, run rigorous experiments, and productionize successful models with reproducibility, monitoring, quantization, and rollback practices.

Set and lead research on reliable long-horizon AI agents in enterprise environments. Develop post-training and reinforcement learning methods, reward systems, memory architectures, evaluation methodologies, multi-agent verification, and enterprise knowledge representations. Run experiments at practical compute scales, collaborate with research engineering and product teams to ship findings, publish research, mentor colleagues, and represent Tessera Labs externally.

Build and operate production AI agents for enterprise transformation. Own agent harnesses, tools, context, retrieval, classical ML components, evaluations, monitoring, tracing, guardrails, approval gates, and rollback paths. Develop reliable systems that work across complex enterprise landscapes, diagnose production failures, and generalize capabilities across customers. The role requires strong Python and TypeScript, experience with LLM-powered and agentic systems, retrieval, evaluation, and traditional machine learning.

The Forward-Deployed Engineer leads technical project delivery, implementing AI solutions and ensuring customer success through data analysis and system integration.

The role involves developing and optimizing frontend UI components and dashboards in a fast-paced startup, focusing on performance and user experience.

The Senior Data Engineer designs scalable data solutions to harmonize data across various ERP systems, implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and ensuring data quality and governance.

The SAP Functional Consultant will analyze and modernize enterprise processes using SAP, support S/4HANA migrations, and implement AI-driven automation. Responsibilities include functional consulting, designing solutions, and engaging with customers to ensure operational excellence.
